Purchasing from E8ge.com

  1. Is purchasing at your site safe?

    Yes! Definitely, purchases made on E8ge.com are as safe as any reputable e-commerce site you normally shop at. All information is encrypted with 256 bit Secure Sockets Layers infrastructure, and we do not keep any credit card information in our databases.

  2. What modes of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. However, we are unable to accept payment via Debit Card at the moment.

  3. I don't feel safe shopping online, can I order via telephone?

    Yes! We do support offline methods too. Please shortlist the merchandise you wish to order. Next, make sure that your credit card information on hand and give us a call, our Account Managers will walk you through the entire ordering process step by step.

  4. Will I get a confirmation email with my order?

    Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the payment processing is completed successfully.

  5. What currency will I be transacting in?

    We try our best to give you the best shopping experience by pricing all merchandise on E8ge.com in your local currency. However, if we do not support your local currency, the system will show the merchandise priced in US Dollars.

  6. Why do you ask for my billing address?

    We often require this information to verify that your billing address matches the address shown on your credit card statement as a security measure we use for protection against fraud. E8ge.com will not send any bills to your billing or shipping address.

  7. How do I make my order?

    In order to process and/or complete your order, you must register yourself as a client to E8ge.com. First, on the upper most menu, to the left of the Shopping Cart, click on the "login" button. You will arrive to a page with two options: Sign In; or Create an Account. Choose Create an Account. A form will appear. Fill out this form and submit. Your account is now created, and you will have access to all functionalities that Signing In permits. You are now ready to enter and process orders and view your Wish List once you place orders there.

  8. What will appear on my credit card statement?

    All purchases of E8ge.com merchandise will reflect "ImageHit Ltd." on your credit card statement. ImageHit Ltd is a Hong Kong registered company. Its product in trade are displayed as per E8ge.com.

  9. Is there any other credit card charges I need to look out too?

    Almost all credit card charges an international transaction fees on purchases oversea. Visa & Mastercard charge approximately 1% processing fees, which is known as "International Transaction Fees" or "Foreign Transaction Fees" or "International Service Fees". This fees is NOT charged by our payment gateway (RBS WorldPay Ltd, refer to: www.rbsworldpay.com). Please contact your credit card merchant bank to verify about the fees.

  10. Can I request for a refund of the above fees?

    Unfortunately we are unable to refund the processing fees as the fees were not paid to our merchant bank, neither was it paid to our collecting gateway. It is a fee charged by your credit card issuing bank to you (the credit card holder). Kindly contact your credit card merchant bank for further details.

Shipping and Handling

  1. How fast do you ship your merchandise?

    Once we have received confirmation of your order, our fulfillment department will ship your order on the same day or on the next business day.

  2. How soon will the package arrive at my doorstep?

    Orders will usually arrive at its designated address in 1 to 3 business days for deliveries to North America and Europe from the day your purchase is placed or confirmed. Customers from Malaysia and Singapore can expect next day deliveries.

  3. Will I get a tracking number with my order?

    Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the our fulfillment department ships your order. You may check the status of your purchase on our E8ge web site.

  4. How can I check the status of my order?

    To check the status of your order by phone, please contact us!

  5. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we will ship merchandise to where ever FedEx allows us to!

  6. Can I change my order?

    Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately it is not possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.

  7. What will happen if I'm not in when you deliver my parcel?

    The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

  8. Do I have to pay taxes?

    Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. E8ge ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Miscellaneous

  1. Do you offer gift cards?

    Unfortunately we do not currently sell or offer gift vouchers but we are working on e-vouchers and these should be available shortly.

  2. Can I back order an item?

    Sorry, we do not allow back orders.

  3. Do I have to order minimums?

    If you're interested to purchase in bulk, kindly contact us to arrange your order.

  4. Do you dropship?

    At this point we are not set up to drop ship individual orders. If you would like us to drop ship wholesale orders to your customers we can most certainly ship to an alternate address. However we do not have an official drop ship program in place at this time.

Technical Issues

  1. My email/password is not recognized.

    You must use the exact email address and password combination with which you first registered in order to log back in to the site. If you have forgotten your password, we can send your password to the email address you used to register. Just fill in the 'Forgotten Your Password?' box on the Log in page.

  2. How do I change my details?

    To change any of your registered details on E8ge.com, click on Log in page and enter your login name and password. Click on Change Personal Information and change any of the details shown and then click ‘update my details', and the change will update straight away.
